Hot or mild handmade Italian Sausage. No fillers or byproducts. The only ingredients are lean B.C. natural pork, salt, pepper, garlic and spices.

Our original Italian sausage recipe, finer ground, with fresh parsley in a smaller casing, perfect for breakfast.
Extra Lean Chicken Sausage
Made only with skinless, boneless chicken thighs and breasts. Rosemary, garlic, and parsley.

Original Cappone Roll
A boneless roasting chicken stuffed with our Italian sausage meat and a vitellone loin. Seasoned, just roast and slice. Perfect for any dinner party or special occasion. Also available with Sausage and Parma Prosciutto filling.
Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless, skinless Free Range chicken breasts stuffed with Parma Prosciutto and Provolone cheese. Seasoned and breaded.
Fettine Impanati
Fast fry, breaded and seasoned veal cutlets.
Meatballs
Great for pasta sauces, or by themselves.
Cotechino
Perfect sliced for antipasto or for flavoring legume soups. Boiled, and ready to grill and serve. A hard to find Italian specialty.
Casalingo Lasagna
Our famous lasagna with homemade meat sauce, bechamel, and mozzarella. Also available as a Primavera Lasagna with spinach and ricotta along with the meat sauce.
